WAButton-Leads mit Make verbinden

Erstelle in Make eine Catch-URL, füge sie unter Benachrichtigungen ein, sende einen Test und füge eine Aktion hinzu.

    Add a Custom webhook module

    Create a scenario. Click the plus, search Webhooks, and choose Custom webhook. Click Add, name it (for example WAButton leads), and copy the hook URL.

    Tipp: You do not need an API key on the Make webhook for WAButton. The URL is the credential.

    Paste the URL into WAButton and send a test

    In the widget editor open Notifications. Enable Send leads to a webhook (Pro), paste the Make URL, and click the test button. Return to Make. The webhook should show the determined data structure.

    Tipp: If Make is still waiting, click the webhook module so it is listening, then send the test again.

    Add one module and turn the scenario on

    Add Google Sheets, Slack, or email. Map lead.answers.email and lead.contact.whatsappReplyUrl. Save. Turn the scenario on. Leave the same URL in WAButton.

    Tipp: Default processing is immediate. Use scheduling on the webhook only if you want a queue instead of a run per lead.

JSON is a native incoming format

Make maps event, lead.answers, contact, and metadata into the next module. No extra parse step for the default case.

Determine the structure with one test

Send the dashboard test POST while the scenario is listening. Make marks the webhook Successfully determined.

Runs immediately by default

No polling. When WAButton delivers, the scenario starts. You can schedule the queue later if you want batching.

Same contract as Zapier and n8n

Swap the URL if you move tools. The JSON does not change.

Which WAButton plan includes webhooks?

Pro and above. Email notifications stay on Free. The HTTP POST is Pro.

Do I need JSON pass-through?

No for the simple path. Leave it off so Make breaks the body into mappable fields. Turn it on only if a later module wants the raw string.

The scenario is on but Make shows an empty queue

Confirm the URL in WAButton is the Custom webhook URL, not a Make app-specific instant trigger. Send another test from Notifications.
