Can I match my brand colours exactly?
- Yes. The presets are a starting point, not a limit. Set exact colours for the button, header and accent, and add a custom CSS class if you need finer control.
Will it clash with my existing site?
- You control position, size, shape, colour and z-index, so it can sit above or below other fixed elements. Chat background patterns are optional.
Is the button free?
- Yes. Appearance customisation is on every plan including Free. Removing the WAButton badge requires Agency.
