Step-by-step installation for WordPress

    Open Code Injection Settings

    In your WordPress admin dashboard, navigate to Code Snippets -> Header & Footer (if using the WPCode plugin) or open Appearance -> Theme File Editor -> footer.php.

    Pro tip: We recommend using the free WPCode plugin so your snippet persists safely across theme updates.

    Paste your WAButton embed code in the Footer section immediately before the closing </body> tag.

    Pro tip: Placing the script in the footer, with the async attribute, keeps it from blocking first paint.

    Save and Purge Cache

    Click Save Changes. If you use a WordPress caching plugin (like WP Rocket or LiteSpeed Cache), click Purge All Cache to see the changes immediately.
