Is email notification a paid feature?
- No. Email alerts are on every plan including Free. Webhooks start at Pro.
How fast does the email arrive?
- WAButton sends the alert when it records the tap. A tap means someone opened WhatsApp; it does not confirm that they sent a message.
Can I turn emails off and keep the webhook?
- Yes. Email and webhook are separate toggles, so a CRM-only setup does not have to also fill a mailbox.
