WhatsApp for agencies
One dashboard. Every client site.
Fifty widgets, fifty numbers, one login. No WordPress plugin to relearn on the client who is not on WordPress.
What you actually get
1
Fifty client sites, one login
Every client gets their own widget, number, routing and hours. You manage all of them from a single dashboard instead of logging into fifty different site admins.
2
One embed, every platform
The same snippet works on the WordPress client, the Shopify client and the custom build. One thing for your team to learn rather than one per platform.
3
Remove the badge on Agency
The widget carries a small WAButton badge by default. The Agency plan removes it, so what you hand over reads as your work.
Common questions
How many client sites can I run?
- Fifty widgets and fifty agents on Agency. Pro covers ten if you are smaller, and moving up does not mean reconfiguring anything.
Is this white-label?
- Not fully, and we would rather say so up front. The Agency plan removes the WAButton badge from the widget. It does not give you a custom domain or a rebranded dashboard.
Do my clients need their own accounts?
- No. Every client widget can live in your account, each with its own number, routing rules and business hours.

The opportunity isn't only getting more visitors. It's connecting with the ones you already have, before their interest fades.
