WAButton

Order form builder Free, no signup

An order form that needs no backend

Add your fields and products, then download one HTML file. It runs anywhere, makes no network requests, and opens WhatsApp with the order already written out.

WhatsApp order form builder

Not supported, by design: file, payment, signature. A page with no server cannot handle them honestly.

A made-up form with four questions. Your own replaces it.
+1

Type it the way you would dial it at home. We add the country code. Orders arrive here.

Questions

The order here is the order they appear in the message.

Products

Optional. Adding any turns the form into an order form.

Embed code

Add a question or a product to start.

Embed it

Paste the URL after you upload it, and copy the embed code below.

Hosted version

There is not one. Hosting a form means an account and a server, and this tool has neither.

Free WhatsApp button for your site

Stop losing conversions. Your customers are already on WhatsApp.

Every visitor who leaves without messaging you is a sale that never happened. Put a WhatsApp button on your site with a single line of code, and let them start the chat in one tap — from any page, on any device.

What you actually get

1

One file, and it is yours

The download is a complete page with no build step and no dependencies. Put it on any host, or embed it in a site you already have. Nothing calls back here, ever.

2

The answers survive the trip

A plus sign in a query string decodes to a space, and an asterisk in a product name arrives bold. The exported file defends against both, so the order your customer typed is the order you read.

3

Accessible because it is generated

Real labels, grouped choices, described-by hints and an error summary that takes focus. Nobody hand-writes this correctly under deadline; a generator does it every time.

Common questions

Does the form send the order by itself?

No, and no browser form can. It opens WhatsApp with the message already written; your customer still presses send. That is the honest description of every tool like this, including the ones that imply otherwise, and it matters because a merchant who believes orders send themselves will think quiet days are slow days.

Can it take payments or file uploads?

No. A page with no server cannot take a card, and a file cannot travel in a WhatsApp link. Rather than offer a field that silently drops what it collects, those field types do not exist in this builder at all.

Where does the data go?

Into the message, and nowhere else. The builder runs in your browser, the exported file makes no requests of any kind, and there is no account and no database on either side.
