WhatsApp for clinics and services

Most booking questions arrive after closing.

Set real opening hours, answer automatically when you are shut, and route each question to the right practitioner.

What you actually get

1

Answer after hours without being there

Set real opening times per day, with holiday exceptions and vacation mode. Outside them the widget says when you reopen instead of leaving the question unanswered.

2

Send the question to the right person

Each practitioner gets their own number, role and hours. A scheduling question does not have to go to whoever happens to be nearest the phone.

3

Collect the details before you reply

A short form gathers name, reason for visit and preferred time, so the first reply can be useful rather than a request for more information. Lead forms are a Pro feature.

Common questions

Is this suitable for patient information?

The widget hands the conversation to WhatsApp, so treat it the way you already treat WhatsApp in your practice. Collect only what you need to book an appointment, and keep clinical detail out of the pre-chat form.

What happens when we are closed?

The widget shows your outside-hours message and when you next open. You can also hide it entirely when every practitioner is offline.

Can different practitioners have different hours?

Yes. Hours are set per agent, so a part-time practitioner only appears when they are actually available.

Tomorrow's conversations are already visiting your website today.

The opportunity isn't only getting more visitors. It's connecting with the ones you already have, before their interest fades.
