Is there really a free plan, and does it ever expire?

Yes. Free includes one button, one team contact and up to 10,000 website visitors a month. It never expires and requires no card. You can set your design, greeting and hours, and receive email alerts. WAButton does not charge per WhatsApp message.

Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your dashboard. If you cancel, your paid features stay active until the end of your billing cycle with no cancellation fees.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Choose a paid plan and try its included features for 14 days. A card is required at checkout. Your subscription starts billing after the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Free is a separate plan that does not require a card.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account or pay Meta fees?

No. Use your existing WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app on your phone or computer. WAButton opens a regular chat and does not use the WhatsApp Business API. WAButton does not charge per message.

Can I use WAButton across multiple websites or client domains?

Yes. Free includes one button, Starter three, Pro ten and Agency fifty. Give each button its own WhatsApp number, design and settings, and manage them from one dashboard.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe's secure payment infrastructure, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
