Channel IDs are 24 characters and group codes are 22. We check the shape, strip the tracking parameters WhatsApp adds, and tell you which kind of link you actually pasted.

Common questions

What happens if someone resets the group link?

Every printed QR pointing at the old link stops working instantly, and it cannot be recovered. Any group admin can do it. A Channel link does not work this way.

Can you track how many people scan it?

No, and that is deliberate. The code holds your WhatsApp link directly, so scans go straight to WhatsApp without passing through us. Nothing to count, and nothing to leak.

Are these files ready for a print shop?

They are sharp at any size and perfect for an office printer. A browser can only produce sRGB, though, so a professional shop may want to convert the colours to CMYK first.
