WhatsApp for real estate
Every listing, its own agent.
Per-page rules send each enquiry to whoever owns that property. Desktop viewers scan a code and continue on mobile.
What you actually get
A different agent on every listing
Per-page rules send an enquiry to whoever owns that property, so the person who replies is the person who has seen the place. Page targeting is a Pro feature.
Desktop viewers keep the thread
Someone browsing listings on a laptop scans a QR code and the conversation continues on their phone, where they will actually read the reply.
Ask the three questions that matter
Budget, timeline and area, collected before the chat opens, so the first reply can include properties worth looking at. Lead forms are a Pro feature.
Common questions
Can each property have its own contact?
- Yes. Page rules match on the URL, so a listing page routes to the agent handling that property while the rest of the site routes to the office.
What about enquiries outside office hours?
- Set hours per agent and the widget says when they are next available, or hands the enquiry to whoever is on duty.
Do I need a separate number per agent?
- Each agent can have their own WhatsApp number, but they do not have to. Several agents can share one number and be told apart by routing rules.
