Common questions
How many team contacts can I add?
- One on Free, three on Starter, ten on Pro and fifty on Agency. Each contact can have a separate WhatsApp number.
What happens when everyone is offline?
- The widget shows your outside-hours message with the next opening time, or hides itself entirely if you prefer.
Can two agents share a number?
- Yes. You can list two people as separate contacts while using the same WhatsApp number for both.
